Paoletti Construction follows four steps:

Step 1:  Planning & Design
Before we take on any project, we consult with you to understand your remodeling needs, your budget, and your schedule. We can help with planning and design as well as work with your architect. We make recommendations that will help you save money or be happier with the end result.

Step 2: Build
We approach every job and every home as if it were our own. We are respectful of your property, your budget, and your time. We provide top level service as the project takes place. We inform you regualrly about changes and additional decisions you need to make to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Step 3: The Reveal
When the project is completed, it will be ready for your final inspection and approval. We want you to be happy with the end result and have as much pride for your new space as we did building it.
